This work comes from my research of Mosuo-Matriarchal Society in Yunnan, China. The Mosuo people do not have writing system but a special spoken language only. I romanize their pronunciation to write down their words which represent their culture, such as their worship of the mountain goddess, and their opinions about the male status in a family. This work can be a documentation of the Mosuo language in both text and image, and, when viewing the work, the viewer can read out like the Mosuos speak, thus going beyond the border between text and image.
